Program Summary
Event Cancellation protects your revenue or expenses from an event against cancellation due to circumstances beyond your control. These circumstances can include, but are not limited to: Hurricanes Earthquakes Severe/Adverse Weather Terrorism Labor Strikes Non-Appearance of Key People Unavailability of the venue due to fires, floods or power outages The Event Cancellation Insurance Program quotations are usually sent within 10 minutes after receipt of application, during business hours.

The Event Cancellation program is for events:

1. Up to 90 days in duration

2. Budgets up to $1,000,000

3. Taking place anywhere in the United States, its territories and possessions

Adverse Weather Coverage is included only if the event cancellation policy is purchased at least 10 days prior to the event effective date.

For events that occur in the states of AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, TX, & VA during the period June 1st through November 30th, adverse weather coverage does not include coverage for named storms. Named storms coverage is available in these states as an option only if the event cancellation policy is purchased at least 15 days prior to the event effective date.
